For Chapter 3, diners can choose to go down a single road of Capture or Release – or get the best of both worlds with our extensive Two Roads menu.

The table is required to have the same menu in order to preserve the dining experience. Please note that our dishes may change due to the seasonality and availability of our ingredients.
