For Preludio’s 3rd Chapter, we are exploring the decisions made by the winemakers, presenting two roads: Minima, which represents rawness and purity, while its counterpart Maxima, represents process and refinement.
Minima features how choices the winemakers make result in a pure, stellar example of the grape varietal. These are some of the most fascinating, minimally-intervened wines, all showcasing a raw or elemental quality.
On the other path, Maxima shows how different actions and processes taken by the winemaker can develop layers of complexity. These wines are labours of love, polished to perfection.
