The star of Takanami Brewery, this daiginjo is made from Yamadanishiki rice polished to an exceptional 39%. It was selected for the Gold Prize at the Japan Sake Awards 2019 and features label artwork from Singapore-born finger painting artist Adeline Yeo Matsuzaki. An elegant sake with fruity notes of apples and peaches, with a classic clean finish.
