The Upside Down

THE UPSIDE DOWN is a unique one night only dinner that happens once every chapter where we turn the kitchen “upside down”, putting the spotlight on Pastry Chef Elena’s creations.

This is not just an 8 course dessert-only menu but an exploration of how creative and versatile the pastry department can get, where we blur the lines between sweet and savoury. This special dinner will be supported by Chef Fernando where pastry will also play a part in his savoury dishes.
