Preludio is a modern dining concept from Fernando Arévalo that moves with time in orchestrated chapters. Chapter 2: Time began in February 2020, after debuting with its first chapter “Monochrome” in November 2018. Located in the heart of Singapore’s business district in Tanjong Pagar, Preludio occupies the third floor of Frasers Tower.


With the current situation, we are conscious that many people are choosing to minimise social activities, including dining out. In these difficult times, we are offering a limited amount of Tough Times tickets, which entitles you to our complete 8 course degustation dinner menu at the price of our 6 course menu.

At Preludio, we offer guests an established menu featuring a series of dishes inspired by stories from Chef Fernando Arévalo. Our lunch and dinner menus are completely different – lunch is lighter in flavours, whereas dinner is bolder and more elegant, showcasing more of our chapter’s inspirations.
