Preludio is a modern dining concept from Fernando Arévalo that moves with time in orchestrated chapters. Chapter 2: Time begins 3 February 2020, after debuting with its first chapter “Monochrome” in November 2018.
A year on since its opening and debut of the Monochrome chapter, Preludio begins on a fresh page with a new themed chapter, “Time”.
At Preludio, we offer guests an established menu featuring a series of dishes inspired by stories from Chef Fernando Arévalo. Our lunch and dinner menus are completely different – lunch is lighter in flavours, whereas dinner is bolder and more elegant, showcasing more of our chapter’s inspirations.
